sauerkraut, monet puzzles and hot cocoa

Finding enjoyable things to do at home while on break from school is always a fun part of the holidays for me, and has been for most of my married life. I have tried some crazy ways to occupy my time too. There was "the day" at Rocco's pizzaria last spring, of-course the endless "home improvements", which are pretty simply defined by a new color of paint on the walls or mouldings. This break, however, I will not be finding any part-time jobs, and the only home improvements that I will boast of will include plenty of elbow grease and a little bleach:) I am finishing a puzzle of a Claude Monet painting - Thanks for all the help mom, and dad!- And this afternoon I am going to turn my left-over sauerkraut from New Year's dinner into a tasty yeast bread. Life is good. I have been more than blessed and I hope in this New Year, whether on break or at school, I can reflect the glory of Jesus Christ, the magnificent one. Happy New Year!
