Vegan merengue
Due to egg allergy, we have foregone any sort of merengue treats for years. Now I am excited about aquafaba. We made macaroons using the liquid from a can of chick-peas and the merengue turned out! Wow! I know I'm a little late to the party on this, but I'm just glad to be here. I'm excited to introduce my little one to treats that we have told her for years are off limits. Yay to science and vegan baking!
