Harvest

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun. Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof”.

Psalm 19:1-6

Yesterday, as Jason and I drove Northbound I-95 we experienced the awesomeness of our creator. We watched the harvest moon rise, in all of its splendor. It began as an enormous orange ball rising in a moroon and starless sky. As it rose the orange melted off and was replaced by golden hues contrasting strongly with the sky's navy backdrop. By the time we arrived home the moon was full out in all of its glory, above us, white against midnight, its gray shadows more obvious and its size lessened, though still impressive. Wow. God is amazing! and we think we are creative.

In other news, the bathroom is done, thanks to Jason's hard work. We spent this past Sat. in D.C. with mom pennington for her birthday. It was awesome! The German Choc. Cake was good too!
